- Benefits: Challenges your abs, stretches your legs, and adds coordination.

2. Leg Circles:

- Benefits: The circular motion will help trim your inner thighs and challenge your core.

3. Ab Series:

- Benefits: Strengthens your lower abs, opens your lower back and releases your hip flexors. - Single Leg Stretch

- Double Leg Stretch

- Scissors

- Lower-Lift

- Criss-Cross

Great Ab series to add at the end of any workout. You can also combine it with our Upper Body Mini Series and Lunge series for a full workout 😉.
