My Petite Pilates Method
PPM is design to tone your body, increase flexibility, improve posture, and challenge your balance by using controlled, low impact movements. Movements are synchronized with your breath, energizing and challenging your body, mind, and spirit
Through mindful movement my mission is to help you develop meaningful mind- body connections to positively impact many aspects of your live.

A little about Me
I spent my childhood moving back and forth between Miami and Panama. During my hectic, traveling-heavy childhood, I found myself in the need to find a grounding method. Luckily, my father, a karate sensei, instilled the importance of health and wellness principles from an early age, but it was not until I discovered Pilates that I was able to feel what he was trying to teach me.
I took my first Pilates class in 2014, it was the first time I found a practice that allowed me to listen to my body and practice what felt good inside, all while seeing (great) physical results. That’s when I decided to take Pilates to the next level, and became a teacher in 2016. Since then, I’ve enjoyed sharing my passion for mindful movement while inspiring clients to enjoy healthier lives.
I currently live in Jupiter, FL with my husband. I hold an M.B.A in Finance, and although I have a full-time corporate job, I am committed to bring the true power of mindful movement through my Petite Pilates method, into the lives of people around me.
